Do I have to register with your site?

Νο. Registering with our site is not mandatory. You can choose to complete your purchases as a “Guest”.

Why should I choose to register with your site?

Registering with our site, offers you a range of advantages! For one, you don’t have to fill in your details, every time you complete a purchase. All of your purchases are saved in your “History”. You can add products to your “WishList” making it easier for you to later add them to your “Cart” or simply search for them.

I forgot my password!

Don’t worry! When logging in, simply fill in your email and then proceed in clicking on “I forgot my password”. You will receive an email shortly with instructions on resetting your password.

How do I place an order?

If you click on the photo of a product you like, you can see all the product details. Under that information you will find the “Add to Cart” button. All you have to do is click on this button and the product can now be found in your Cart.

NOTICE: Most products require that you select all product options (cord color, stone color, personal quote, etc.) prior to adding it to your cart. Once you have placed the desired product in your cart, you can either return to our products page by clicking “Continue Shopping” or you can complete your order by clicking on “Proceed to checkout”.

If you are completing your order as a “Guest” you will asked to fill in your details prior to “Checkout”.

Can I only pay by Credit Card?

For your convenience we offer you 3 alternative means of payment:
Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer. When registering with our site, you will be asked to select desired payment method. If you are completing your purchase as a “Guest” you will be prompted to select payment method prior to completing your order.

How safe are my transactions?

Our site uses the safest, most updated encryption methods thus ensuring quick and safe on-line transactions.

What is a “Wishlist”?

By adding one or more products to your “Wishlist” you are actually creating a list of products you wish to buy without, however, being obliged to buy them! If and when you decide you will proceed with the purchase of one of more items in your “Wishlist” all you have to do, is simply add them to your cart!

I want to order a ring but I do not know my ring size

If you don’t know your ring size, you can use our Ring Size Guide found in the description of each ring. Alternatively, you can find the guide HERE.

I changed my mind/I don’t like an item I ordered. May I exchange it?

Our company does allow that an item may be exchange with another, provided that the item to be exchanged is in it’s original state/condition, it is accompanied by proof of purchase and that exchange takes place within 7 (seven) working days from the time of purchase. For more please click HERE.

I want to have my own message stamped on a ring/necklace, but there is no field available for my message

Jewellery which you can customized with your own message, can only be found under the “PERSONALIZED” category. If an item you are interested in does not have a “Your message”/”Your coordinates” etc. field, then that item can not personalized.

What languages are offered for personalized messages?
